The week before break is always difficult for us. We wind down and slow down... we get our stuff done...barely :)
Really quick how our week has gone:
Monday- Co-Op then paper route, my Spanish class and my Spring term classes started.
Tuesday- Torrington Telegram called to ask if we were interested in another paper route (Fox had asked the day before and they didn't have any open), picked up 110 papers, kids went shooting for 4H (Lee made two bulls eyes in archery!), I attempted to work out with my friend.
Wednesday- delivered the newspapers we'd picked up the day before (there weren't enough!), struggled with attitudes and motivation, kids painted their art clay sculptures from awhile back (Fox made his down-right creepy...), and Fox made an Anasazi (?) hut from clay.
Thursday- Art is a highlight of the week really...it continued today, held the Eco Awareness class at 4H so I was preparing for that for a few hours in the afternoon
Friday- still to be seen :) Tomorrow, I know, is grocery shopping *shudder*
It felt like we were constantly on the go this last week but in black-n-white it doesn't look so bad :)
I have a screenshot of Fox's progress in k12 since I cannot recall what he's done like I used to be able to.
Lee has been dragging all week- doing the bare minimum. She is memorizing 1 Corinthians 13 and doing quite well. We use the KJV Bible but she prefers the NIV translation more. I like the KJV myself.
I'm telling you the last week before break is just a sapper! I'm not sure if it is because we have worked so hard up to that point or we see the end and relax... Anyway.
