Nicole @ Mama to 3 Blessings is sharing her curriculum choices for the year and wants to see ours :) Well, not just mine...yours too!
So here goes (although you can pretty much see this all the way at the bottom of my blog...) this might take me awhile to dig it all out....-

Geography: The Brendan Voyage (good luck finding it! I found it at my local used book store after months of them and I searching for a decent price), How the Heather Looks (thank you very much to Trisha for this!) and Watership Down for free reading with Geography.
Government/Economics: Whatever Happened to Penny Candy? (from Exodus Books), later we plan on using Whatever Happened to Justice? but haven't gotten it yet. Also the Story of the Constitution (from Christian Liberty Press) towards the end of the year.

History: Abraham Lincoln's World (from Amazon), The Story of the World (from Amazon), This Country of Ours (linked at AO); free reading books for history-Oliver Twist, Rifles for Watie, Across Five Aprils, and Of Courage Undaunted & Passion for the Impossible as biographies.
Geography: Complete Book of Marvels by Richard Halliburton (from Amazon) along with maps in The Story of the World, World Globe :)
Math: Life of Fred Fractions (finished this at the start of school), Decimals & Percents, PreAlgebra 1 with Biology. Probably get PreAlgebra 2 with Economics for him (from Polka Dot Publishing -ZTwist books).
Going through all that I realize my list down at the bottom of my blog isn't updated. It's amazing how much that looks like but it really isn't too bad at all. A little bit here, a little bit there. Well, anyway, that is our curriculum for the 2010/2011 school year. Perhaps I should say half of it because we started this 'curriculum' in February of last school year... confusing eh? We school year round :)
Anyway, if I didn't boggle your mind too much, take a look at what others are using this coming year over at Mama to 3 Blessings :) Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you for linking up to Show me your curriculum! Hope to see you link up next Monday 8/23 to Show me your classroom & homeschool organization! Enjoy your week! :)
