Incomplete! That's how the list will look for my blogging through the alphabet posts.
I had a post all planned in my head but once I got here and formatted the text in the post, the post thoughts became... incomplete. Heehee, yes, a little play on the word there. But truly, that's what happened.
It's not always a bad thing to be or have incompleteness. Sometimes that little bit that's missing is what needs to be missing and thank God it is! Just think, if someone's struggling with food or weight issues and their supplies are incomplete, they don't have all they need to make that sugary, fatty, or calorie dense food they want to. That might be a good instance of incomplete. Or when there is an item on impulse that a person wants to purchase. However, they may have a few dollars less than they need to make the purchase. They have just enough though to buy the things they need. That's a good time for incomplete as well.
How many times I've felt incomplete because I couldn't have something I wanted. I felt like there was a hole, a missing piece, that would be all better if I just. had. that. thing. That one thing. I was incomplete. But thankfully, I remained incomplete until the true thing I needed came along. Sometimes it's been an alternative thing but more often than not, it's been a content heart that has allowed the completeness.
Then there are other times that incomplete isn't necessarily good. I'm sure many can think of the negative circumstances so I won't go into them. Oh, hey, here's an "incomplete" post I wrote earlier today. Our Christmas decorating is... wait for it... incomplete. But it's alright.
"Sometimes it's been an alternative thing but more often than not, it's been a content heart that has allowed the completeness. " TRUTH! Thank you for sharing and being so honest! Loved this post!
ReplyDeleteOur Christmas decorating is very incomplete also. In fact it's so incomplete it's almost nonexistent. :-)
