What We’ve Accomplished Today…09/10/10

Well, this'll be short...just short :) We did our Greek Day today so we are zapped...just exhausted from all thework that goes into that! You can see a bit of our fun here. I wanted to take more photos but alas, no more- reject batteries... But glad for the one I got!

Anyway, here's what we've accomplished today:
Fox:

Bible: Exodus 14

Verse: 1 Peter 3:15

History: This Country of Ours; he read and I narrated lol sometimes that's fun! ...sometimes.

Geography: Complete Book of Marvels chapter 27 Athena's Temple

Foreign Language: Latin Lesson VI, Unit Review; Greek: Alphabet- some of those are squirrelly!

Biblical Studies: The Greatest Story Every Told chapter 24

Reading: Abraham Lincoln's World, Age of Fable and Passion for the Impossible

Math: LoF D&P Final Bridge...did not pass...

Spelling: Reviewed spelling words again

Military History: Read two pages... :(

Computers: Web Design for Kids

Greek Day!! Made a mosaic coaster :)

Let me just say she did ALL of Greek Day today- planned it and implemented it. She was constantly busy. Made breakfast, lunch and most of dinner; made the games, made a mosaic coaster. She did great!

Computers: Web Design for Kids (finished the DVD and now wants any more that will help her!)

Foreign Language: Latin Lesson VI, Unit Review; Greek- Alphabet

History/Geography: World Studies pages 88-90 & 94; vocab, etc.

Math: LoF BA HC Lessons 38-40

Now it is movie night and although we were hoping for a 'Greek' type movie I just couldn't agree to let them watch Clash of the Titans... (PG13- ya, I'm strict on those things)...so we got Planet 51 instead :) Now I'm gonna go watch it.... Dishes will still be there tomorrow ;).
