What We Accomplished Today...07/09/10

Both did their math (LoF). We did Plutarch's Lives (Julius Caesar review), no Church History, but did do Latin. I used the DVD this time, for reviewing Lesson I. They did worksheet sections II & III. We had forgotten so much already... definitely need to keep up with it.

Still to go: Lee: Bible (Exodus); TBV; IFC; MC; Art- but I don't think these will all get done. I think IFC, MC and Art will be skipped today. We have so much yard work to catch up on because we were gone for 10 days! Fox: Bible (Exodus); TCOO; CBoM; TGSET; Art- same with him, skipping some. Fox still needs to get his Factory and Plantation Rules worksheet done.

Update: It seems that Lee did quite a bit of math today :) She also did TBV and some computer stuff. Fox did CBoM. And they did Bible. Fox started to do his worksheet but...unfortunately, he will be working on it late today.

It's Friday: Movie Night! We saw The Last Airbender July 3rd while we were in Oregon and now they want to have an Avatar marathon! I am letting them watch the first DVD of the book of water. So much that was left out of the movie, or changed. Granted, it's difficult to turn a cartoon into a film but... it left us somewhat disappointed. I liked the movie overall but it's not the same as the series that we are used to in cartoon form. Anyway...so they are watching that and dinner is getting started. It's been an alright day :) I had a killer headache earlier however and passed out for at least an hour (no, not like lost consciousness lol- just laid down and fell instantly to sleep). Still don't feel to swell but it's much better.
